Working principle of jack

The working principle of the hydraulic jack is that the wrench moves up to drive the small piston upwards. The oil in the fuel tank is sucked into the lower part of the small piston through the oil pipe and the one-way valve bai. When the wrench is pushed down, the small piston is driven downwards, and the oil tank and the lower part of the small piston oil path Blocked by the one-way valve, the oil at the lower part of the small piston is pressed into the lower part of the large piston through the internal oil circuit and the one-way valve, and the pressure at the lower part of the small piston increases due to the leverage.
The area of the large piston is larger than the area of the small piston. The oil pressure generated by the manual is squeezed into the large piston. It is known from Pascal’s principle that the area ratio of the large and small pistons is the same as the pressure ratio. In this way, the force on the hand is increased through the wrench to the small piston, and the force from the small piston to the large piston increases. When working, you only need to reciprocate the crank.
The manual oil pump continuously presses oil into the oil cylinder, and because the oil pressure in the oil cylinder continues to increase, the piston and the weight on the piston are forced to move upward together. Open the oil return valve, the high-pressure oil in the oil cylinder will flow back to the oil storage cavity, so the heavy object and the piston will fall together
