Common fault 1: The battery self-discharges during the process
There are two reasons for self-discharge, one is that the electrolyte is not pure, and the other is that the concentration of sulfuric acid in the electrolyte is not uniform, and the difference in concentration between the top and bottom of the stroke will cause self-discharge.
Solution: The battery should be fully discharged, rinsed with distilled water, injected with new electrolyte, and then recharged.
Common fault 2: battery plate vulcanization
Due to long-term insufficient charging, frequent over-discharge, too low electrolyte level, contact between the upper part of the plate and the air, too high electrolyte density, impure items and large temperature changes, it is easy to cause the plate to vulcanize.
Solution: If the degree of vulcanization is small, the battery can be directly charged by the "de-vulcanization method", then the lead sulfate on the battery plate can be washed, washed with distilled water, and charged after the surface water is dry.
Common fault three: battery plate short circuit
The main reason is that the battery plate is deformed or damaged, and the positive plate and the negative plate are reversely connected. A short circuit can also be caused if the positive and negative plates are formed together with the negative plates by falling objects that accumulate on the bottom of the battery box. Double-check the cause, then repair the deformed board and clean up the deposits.
Anyone who has a certain understanding of the lifting platform knows that the hydraulic pump can output hydraulic oil. However, if the system is under pressure, it will affect the overall operation of the machine.
If there is no hydraulic oil output, there may be a problem with the steering of the lift platform pump. At this time, the motor phase should be adjusted in time to make the machine return to normal. If there is hydraulic oil output, check each oil return line. The pressure regulating spring of the relief valve may need to be released due to low set pressure. If the pressure remains constant, the main spool of the safety valve or the cone valve of the pilot may be stuck in the open position due to dirt or corrosion, or the spring may be broken, or the orifice may be blocked. Therefore, the hydraulic oil from the pump immediately flows through the safety valve to the tank. The effective elimination method is: disassemble the safety valve, clean it, and then check or replace the spring to restore its normal operation.
