Hydraulic jack, also known as hydraulic jack, is a jack that uses a plunger or a hydraulic cylinder as a rigid jacking member. 1. Before use, check whether all parts are normal.
2. Strictly abide by the regulations in the main parameters when using, avoid super high overload, otherwise when the lifting height or lifting tonnage exceeds the regulations, serious oil leakage will occur on the top of the electro-hydraulic jack.
3. For the electric pump, please refer to the instruction manual of the electric pump.
4. The center of gravity of the heavy object should be moderately selected, the focus point of the electric hydraulic jack should be selected reasonably, the bottom surface should be leveled, and the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be considered at the same time.
5. After the electric hydraulic jack lifts the heavy object, the support should be used to support the heavy object in time. It is forbidden to use the ultra-high pressure and large tonnage electric jack as the support. If you need to support heavy objects for a long time, please choose YZL self-locking jack
6. If you need several electric hydraulic jacks to lift at the same time, please choose TYZF type synchronous jack. In addition to the correct installation of large-tonnage electric jacks, multiple shunt valves should be used, and the load of each large-tonnage electric jack should be balanced. Lifting speed is synchronized. It is also necessary to consider the situation that the ground may sag due to uneven weight, so as to prevent the danger of tilting of the weight being lifted.
7. When using, first connect the quick connector of the manual pump to the top, then select the position, and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to work. To make the piston rod descend, slightly loosen the handwheel of the manual oil pump in a counterclockwise direction, the cylinder is unloaded, and the piston rod gradually descends. Otherwise, it will be dangerous to descend too fast.
8. The electric jack is retracted by oil pressure. After lifting, it can be quickly taken out, but the connected hose cannot be used to pull the ultra-high pressure and large tonnage electric jack.
9. The user must not exceed the rated stroke when using it, so as not to damage the electro-hydraulic jack.
10. Vibration of the jack should be avoided during use.
11. It is not suitable for use in workplaces with acid, alkali and corrosive gases.
